eLearning Consultant Katherine Ziska
Katherine (she/they) graduated from New York University with a Master’s in psychology focusing on cognitive development. She has over five years of experience in child development and education research. She’s presented at numerous conferences, been a panelist on K-12 science communication, and coauthored academic research on how technology (i.e. Artificial Intelligence) can be adapted to educational contexts. In addition to her academic accomplishments, she’s taught across a variety of settings to a wide range of students at every age. She taught English Drama while in China, sailing at Tripp Lake Camp in Maine, pottery in Connecticut, and worked and lectured as a teaching assistant at the University of Chicago and New York University. In her spare time, she co-hosts a podcast on child development called the Kids’ Table Podcast to translate research into content approachable for parents and policymakers. Her SAT scores improved dramatically after receiving Dan’s tutoring and she attended and graduated from the University of Chicago, the school of her choice, for her undergraduate degree in Philosophy.
